America PASS must be activated through phone by calling the Concierge Service prior to its first use.

To validate the activation of your America PASS you need to register your name and last name as it appears on your government ID card. A valid email address as well as a valid landline and mobile phone are required to facilitate any necessary contact with you for paperwork or details related to your reservations.

Activating your America PASS will give you the right to use the benefits that exist for each hotel.

Every time you make a reservation and the benefit is redeemed, this is deducted from the total benefits acquired with America PASS until it is depleted.

America PASS gives you the option to apply the benefit through the list of hotels that will be given by the Concierge through our exclusive telephone line or via email in accordance with the options available when you make your lodging request. It is not the responsibility of America PASS that any particular hotel is available at the time to presenting alternative accommodation following your request.

Your benefits may be applied as partial payment for reservations with an unrestricted number of nights or reservations, following the methodology detailed above in section 5.

Your America PASS will be valid for one year from the date of registration.

Accommodation is subject to availability and demand; and the hotel’s usage and management policies apply as established by them.

Full payment of stay is required at time of booking.

Once the reservation is guaranteed, it is under the regulations and cancellation policies of the hotel reserved.

America PASS benefits may not be combined with other promotions and / or discounts, nor can they be redeemed for cash in whole or partially.

The benefits have no value outside of its usage in our reservation center. They are not valid for direct payment in any hotel, or any other reservation center.
